The Board of Directors of Tai Sang Bank Limited (the Bank) announces the appointment of Mr. Alfred Ma Ching Kuen as Chief Executive and General Manager of the Bank with effect from 27th October 2022. Mr. Ma has more than 30 years of financial and banking experience and is currently the Director of the Bank. Mr. Alex Cheung Yau Shing ceased his role as Chief Executive and General Manager of the Bank on the same date.
The Board of directors of Tai Sang Bank Limited (the Bank) announces that Mr. Patrick Ma Ching Hang will step down as Chief Executive and General Manager of the Bank with effect from 2 November, 2020. On the same date, Mr. Cheung Yau Shing will take up the role as the new Chief Executive and General Manager of the Bank. Mr. Cheung joined the Bank in June 2019 as Deputy General Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Cheung had served in senior management positions with different financial institutions in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has more than 30 years of financial and banking experience.
The Board of Directors of Tai Sang Bank Limited announces that Mr. Patrick Ma Ching Hang was elected as Chairman of the Board during the Board Meeting held on 29 July 2019, following the retirement of Mr. William Ma Ching Wai on 15 May 2019 as Chairman of the Board. Mr. William Ma has served as Chairman of the Board for 16 years and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. William Ma for his contributions made to the Bank during his chairmanship.
